Cancellation Policy

There will be a 100% cancellation fee of any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment (OF THE QUOTED PRICE OR THE $120 HOURLY SESSION YOU WERE BOOKED FOR). Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but less than 48 hours is not enough time for the tattoo artist/piercer to fill the empty slot they have in their books that you created by cancelling, which means no money is made unless they find someone to come in for the allotted time you cancelled for. Please give your artist at least 3-4 days in advance to avoid the cancellation fee and make sure your free time is planned accordingly. Thank you! Deposits are non-refundable as well.
